Easy Clean Magnetic Grill

Easy-Clean Magnetic Grills are meticulously designed for a hassle-free cleaning procedure. These are used for the separation of iron particles from dry, granular or free-flowing products/materials. They are designed primarily for fitting in hoppers to arrest the iron particles from the product flow. It works on an easy mechanism where these are fitted with an interlock, To clean the Grill, remove it from the hopper, slide open the lock, and slide out the magnetic rod resting inside the hollow SS sleeve, The hollow SS sleeve is stationary & will cut its contact with the magnetic circuit providing the trapped ferrous particles to fall apart. This helps in reducing the time spent to clean the individual magnetic tube & also provides maintenance-free low-cost separation avoiding breakdowns of machines & quality of production. Customized options are always available. The flux density of 9,000 ± 500 Gauss Power is achieved on a hollow SS sleeve.
